Track Banquet Set For Tuesday
June 23, 2008 By iHigh Staff of Weyauwega-Fremont High School
The 2008 WFHS Track season is now in the bank and earning interest. With the Indian boys team capturing the CWC Large Championship for the 4th time since 2000, and both the boys and Lady Indians winning the WFHS Len Rohde Relays, this has been one of the most enjoyable, exciting, and successful seasons in several years. And that was even before Puma & the Baby Indians qualified for the WIAA State track meet in La Crosse. Tuesday, June 10 will be the track potluck banquet in the WFHS commons area. The festivities will begin at 6 pm. Freshman and sophomores are being asked to provide main dishes, while the juniors should bring salads and seniors are bringing desserts. Posted by: wfrunning |
